Thinkers

They said
There are no room for thinkers
There are no room for speculation
There are no room for assumption

All we want from you is certainty
they continued

But how do we achieve result without even thinking at the first place?
Is thinking a sign of doubt?
Low level of intellegence?
Must we have everything at the back of our head?
If so, then how do we extract them all?
Is there any science that harvest all the answer to the surface like fast-forwarded motion picture of the birth of flower?
Does every rose bud springs that way?
